• Coordinate pharmacy fulfillment — sharing relevant information with our pharmacy partners (RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy, Triad Rx) to fulfill prescribed medications.
• Process payments — charging your payment method for services rendered.
• Communicate with you — sending appointment reminders, order updates, program information, and other service-related messages.
• Send promotional communications — with your consent, sending marketing messages about our services. You can opt out at any time.
• Improve the Platform — analyzing usage patterns to improve features, functionality, and user experience.

To the extent that Terra Health is a Business Associate or Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), we handle protected health information ("PHI") in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws.

Clinical services provided through the Platform are rendered by independent providers through OpenLoop Health. OpenLoop Health, as a Covered Entity under HIPAA, maintains a separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP) governing the use and disclosure of your PHI in connection with clinical care. V. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

A. Affiliated Professional Entities and Medical Providers

We share your information with OpenLoop Health and its affiliated licensed clinicians and professional entities for the purpose of providing Healthcare Services.

B. Pharmacy Partners

We share relevant prescription and contact information with our pharmacy partners to fulfill prescribed medications:

C. Service Providers

Two separate optional checkboxes are offered: one for promotional messages, and one for care-related messages such as application reminders, account notifications, order updates, and billing notices. Neither checkbox is pre-selected, and neither is required to submit the application or to receive care.

What we send. Depending on which consent you give, messages may include reminders to complete an application, account and order notifications, billing notices, and promotional messages about our services. We do not send health, treatment, or prescription details by text message.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
