Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Terra Health, LLC ("Terra Health," "we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for the services and medications you access through our platform. By enrolling with Terra Health you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Membership Fees

Membership fees cover access to licensed providers, ongoing clinical oversight, and program support. Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Consultations and Provider Visits

Fees paid for completed consultations, follow-up visits, and clinical reviews are non-refundable. If a provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment before any medication is prescribed or shipped, we will refund the medication portion of your payment for that billing period; the consultation fee remains non-refundable.

Medications

Federal and state law prohibit the return or resale of dispensed prescription medications. For that reason, medications that have shipped are non-refundable, including in the case of change of mind, side effects, or discontinuation of treatment. If your medication arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy, email support@terrahealth.io from the address on your account and include your full name, date of service or shipment, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved directly and quickly by our support team.
